Facebook continues to dominate Social Networking Worldwide now reaching over 225 million active users across the globe.
A global view on where Facebook is most activly used
Facebook has the most users in the US where recent reports showed that it had overtaken MySpace in terms of users. Here in the UK Facebook has long been the most popular Social Networking site and now has almost 18 million active users, well over a quarter of the population. Facebook is also widely used in Canada, which has the third largest active user stats. Facebook also seems not to be slowing down, with popularity in other countries continuing to rise (see below).
